Welcome to my blog where I will share my thoughts and experiences as a “Specialty Baker.” I am not actually the baker, but I have worked together with them to develop allergen friendly foods.
When our family discovered our food sensitivities and limits I worked hard to replace the things we love with safe foods. My blog will be about food and many stories from my customers at the Bakery. They are worth sharing. Maybe one of these stories will help someone else in their quest to be healthy and not be sick. I will try to make it a little easier and maybe a little fun as well.
