At Dempsey Bakery, we believe everyone deserves freshly baked products that are both safe and delicious. Since opening our first location in Little Rock, in 2011, our mission has been to create a bakery where individuals and families with food allergies can enjoy quality baked goods with confidence without sacrificing flavor, quality, or experience.
We are proud to be a 100% dedicated gluten-, soy-, peanut- and tree nut-free bakery. Safety is not simply a feature of what we do, it is the foundation of everything we create. From carefully sourced ingredients to strict production standards, every detail matters because we understand the trust our customers place in us.
In 2024, Chris and Jamie Fowler acquired Dempsey Bakery with a vision to continue the legacy built by founder Paula Dempsey while expanding the reach of safe, high-quality allergen-friendly baking. With decades of experience in the food industry, the Fowler family is committed to growing the Dempsey Bakery brand through hospitality, consistency, and genuine care for the communities we serve.
Today, our Arkansas locations continue to serve guests from across the country, and we are excited for the future as we expand into new markets through franchising opportunities. No matter how much we grow, our promise remains the same:
